How do I unlock episodes?
Daily check-ins, watching rewarded videos, or completing tasks all earn unlock vouchers. You can also subscribe to a membership in the app for unlimited access.
My purchase didn't go through — what now?
First, fully close and reopen the app. If your purchase is still missing, send your order number and purchase time to our support email and we'll verify and restore it as soon as possible.
Can I request a refund?
In-app purchases are processed by the App Store / Google Play, so refunds should be requested from the corresponding store. You're welcome to contact us first if you need help.
